Very dodgy and rough footage shot on 8mm video tape by Trevor Malcolm. At the end of the Live at Knowledge section, you can clearly hear the security guys telling him to stop recording. Nothing at all to do with drugs going down in the club. I got paid £50 for playing at Knowledge – it took me five hours to set up the hardware and some toad shouted “Play something live mate!”. Dave called me a high tech bastard. Yukari danced with Michelle. Coil came along (apparently). Neil Vitamin did the lights. Trevor did a great job considering how dark it all was. Uploaded just for historical reasons, for those around at the time.

To celebrate the release of my ‘Mission Alpha III’ 12″ on Sleepers Records, I will be performing as ‘Clans of the Alphane Moon’ in Berlin on 30th September. It’ll be beat driven, scary, chaotic and noisy. Halloween meets Richard Devine, via Techno Central.

The ‘studio’ at Du Cane Court, in Balham, South West London, where I recorded and arranged many albums and tracks including ‘False Dawn’, ‘Die Datenschleuder’, ‘Knowledge’, ‘Prismatic’, the Lagowski Chromium Industries 12″ series, Nagamatzu and engineered Lustmord, Terror Against Terror and Isolrubin BK. That is Lustmord’s Akai keyboard in the foreground, which we used as a MIDI controller and sampler. A while after this, I got a Yamaha DX11 to control my MIDI equipment and sold the TEAC 8 track and Seck 12-8-2 mixer to Paul Rooney, the guitarist from Vice Squad.

I have put some new Lagowski tracks and remixes up on Bandcamp. All proceeds from the sale of this music will go towards the treatment of Ania Mehring, the wife of Maciej Mehring, founder of the Zoharum label. She has been diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma, a rare form of bone cancer.

A new release recorded with Andrea Bellucci of ‘Red Sector A’ is now available from Space Race Records This dark stripped-out techno album was recorded between 2014 and 2015 and arranged and mixed at Andrea’s studio by him in 2015. I must point out that while I am credited with additional programming on the CD sleeve, Andrea did most of the work. I provided some atmospheres and samples but the concept and overall sound of the whole set of recordings is Andrea’s and he should be commended for a fine job!
