Project Ghost live at Ohm – audio!

July 19, 2018

Here¬†you can find a mixing desk recording of the full set by Project Ghost, live at the Ohm Club, Berlin, on June 15th 2018. At some point in the future, this may be released on limited run cassette by the good people at Aura Expansion/Sleepers. For now, you can stream it in its entirety…I suggest that you play it loud on a system with good bass response.

Dr. Fleischbrittel – ‘First World Mbefe’

November 18, 2017

Whilst recording the forthcoming S.E.T.I. eight album set for Loki Foundation, I made some tracks that were (way) too noisy for the project.

This lead me to creating a new Dr. Fleischbrittel album called ‘First World Mbefe’.

The tracks should not be compared to my S.E.T.I. ambient work or my more techno-oriented material.

This is fairly harsh noise with a few sprinklings, but it’s very cathartic to listen to, so I wanted to share it.

As there is a lot of bass in the tracks, please try to play out loud on a good system or at the very least, on quality headphones, otherwise many of the important details will be lost and you will not ‘feel’ the sound.

S.E.T.I. ‘Eleven’ album

September 11, 2005

Originally a French project called ‘Twelvomatic’ which involved 12 different artists (Scanner, S.E.T.I., Merzbow, Illusion of Safety, Asmus Tietchens, John Duncan etc). Each artist gave one minute of sounds to a sound bank/library, which we then mixed into a 60 minute album each. My album was going to be the first in the series but the originating label went down in 2003/4. Details & files here
