It’s Not What It Seems – compilation CD
October 30, 2020Real or parallel universe?
October 6, 2020Videodrone
October 6, 2020Unusual Phenomena
July 3, 2020I came to realise that I have had many tracks spread across compilations over the last 25 years, so I wanted to gather some of them together before the cds rotted and it became harder to source the audio.
Therefore, I present ‘Unusual Phenomena’ for your listening pleasure.

‘Strictly Drone IV’
June 5, 2020Thanks to Shawn Splane for the excellent fly recording, which became drone.
Shawn explained ‘Recorded on iPhone 5/5/15 in my basement. A fly infestation mysteriously appeared that spring in the basement. After tiring of swatting them or shooing them out of the room, I wondered if flypaper was still a thing. Surprised to find some at the local hardware store. Didn’t take long for the victims to start populating the flypaper. This one was valiantly trying to escape and provided its own tragic soundtrack.’
‘Offshore’ released today!
June 5, 2020Two albums due on June 5th 2020
May 16, 2020On June 5th there will be two new releases – S.E.T.I.’s ‘The Sphere of Density’ CD on the Polish Zoharum label and Lagowski’s ‘Offshore’ collection via Bandcamp.
‘Sphere of Density’ is a double CD – one studio set and one live at the XVIII WROCŁAW INDUSTRIAL FESTIVAL.
About ‘Offshore’
The photo was taken in Yokohama, Japan as we were descending on the escalator. It often occurs to me that it’s possible to make music even when you’re not sitting in your home ‘studio’, whatever that may be comprised of.
Many of the tracks on ‘Offshore’ were recorded using a 5th generation iPad in AUM. Some then had overdubs in Ableton Live 9 (DAW) with Reason 10 synths. A couple were made on the Novation Circuit, with added Reason 10 synths.
I will have copies of the S.E.T.I. CD in a few weeks, but of course, you can get them from https://zoharum.bandcamp.com/ earlier in June if you wish.
