Today I went to a big Buddhist Festival here in the U.K. attended by 1000 people from all over the world. I am a member of Shinnyo-en (a Buddhist order based on the traditional Buddhist Law Stream) and we have been working at the U.K. temple to prepare things for this big day. Being a member of this group has made me look at what’s important in this one life we have here and what is unnecessary and drags us down. More details about the UK temple here
